What's Up?

Me?  busy with work,  busy with a new business, busy learning about cosmetics.

Seriously?  I am serious. I am swamped with work, mommy duties that scrapbooking and reading took a back seat.  I know, I know.   I used to make time for scrapbooking  even if it means no sleep for me.  But,  I can't let my hemoglobin level drop and have dizzy spells  when I am not pregnant.  oh how I wish,  I am pregnant  when I get some dizzy spells.

Anyway,  here are two lay-outs  using What's Up by Basic Grey.   I am always intimidated to play with Basic Grey.   I guess  I have to conquer that fear  and explore and be adventuruous.   The two lay-outs have both misting and masking  and some stamping.  And somehow,  still within my style.  Oh,  what is really my style these days?  I am exploring and trying new techniques.

Sasha

Little girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice

For a cute baby girl on her baptismal day next month. How I wish  I can travel with the lay-out all the way to Australia.  Maybe next year,  I will see you Sasha.

I played with my inkido,  best creation and webster pages.  All my favorite papers and with misting and opal dusts.  Loved the creative process.

Thanks for the visit and have a great weekend ahead.

Sweet Summer

First,  I want to greet all of us  Happy National Scrapbooking day!!!

Its been a while since I have posted on my blog.  So sorry about that. I have been so busy with work  and mommy stuff.

Here's a page  I made to capture my bonding with my girlfriends  of almost 3 decades.  yes,  3 decades of friendship,  since kindergarten.  Would you believe that!   I would love to grow old with them,  wrinkles and all!

All papers and flowers are from Inkido.  I mixed papers from Forever Summer papers and scraps from Autumn last year, and gammaldags jul.  Loved the outcome. Here's  my take to their summer challenge this month.

Thanks for the visit  and hope you are having a grand time this NSD!

hugs,  Jona!
