Water Fun

Its hot hot summer  and time to hit the pool and beach!

I loved this underwater photos of Zid from last years summer.  Now,  he has new underwater photos  and I'm sure  there will be more.  He loves the water  as much as I and his dad loves it.

Here's my page  inspired from TCR#105 Palette and for the button challenge for Scrap for Help.  I was also inspired by Tomoko Takahashi  with the play of paint and mixed media on buttons.

Would you believe that only the background paper from Inkido is new paper here?  The rest are all scraps and the coffee cardboard from starbucks  I have kept plus the prima packaging.  I even used some alpha scraps  and painted cream paint over it for some texture.

Thanks for the visit  and hope you all had a great day.

Keep Blooming

Its been a while since I posted in my blog.  We had  a great family bonding time this weekend and its been so much fun. Photos are uploaded in my facebook page.

After the vacation,  I finished this page  which  I started two weeks ago  and never had time to finish it  because  I was hooked with Stieg Larrson trilogy.  I really really loved those books.

The lay-out is inspired  from this photo inspiration from Berry 71Bleu.

I borrowed this photo from my friend,  since  I don't have any girls to scrap with.   Still praying and wishing to be blessed with one.   And of course,  my friend Nell,  would always love to lend me her girls pictures to play with.  Thanks my dear.  Atasha and Alex are really gorgeous here.
Supplies: Paper - Inkido, flowers - inkido and prima, bakers twine, ALL brad and doily.

I'm also joining the challenge at Bird is the Word Challenge: Future.

Thanks for the visit  and hope everyone had a great Easter Weekend.
